About
Caxinath Labs
Caxinath Labs is an AI-enabled engineering consulting practice. It builds playbooks, services, and tools that put AI to work inside real engineering processes: requirements, verification and test planning, and the documentation that carries a hardware program through its gates.
Ryan Caxinath, the founder, sits at the intersection of program management and engineering, and has spent his career bridging the two in safety-critical, regulated industries. At Supernal, Hyundai's aviation division, he led systems engineering program management for prototype and production aircraft and built a data mining approach that automated requirements verification, cutting more than 100 hours of engineering analysis time. That pattern (find the repetitive engineering work, implement a system that does it) is the foundation Caxinath Labs is built on.
Ryan currently works as a senior technical program manager in the defense and aerospace industry. Before Supernal, he held engineering leadership roles at EnerDel and Aptera Motors, and spent almost seven years at General Motors taking high voltage battery systems and transmission hardware from concept through production.
He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez, completed a specialization in advanced propulsion systems and battery cell development at Ohio State University, and is a Design for Six Sigma Black Belt. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
