Fixed fee, fixed scope
The audit finds where AI actually fits your engineering workflows. The operating manual makes it stick. Both run at a fixed fee.
Engineering AI workflow audit
| Duration | Two weeks |
|---|---|
| Format | Async. One or two calls at most |
| Fee | Fixed fee |
| Output | Findings report and prioritized workflow map |
Week one is intake: a written questionnaire about your engineering workflows, the artifacts your team produces, and where AI is already being used, sanctioned or not. You send documents and answers on your schedule; there is no meeting marathon.
Week two is analysis. You get a written findings report and a workflow map that ranks where AI helps first, what it needs to be safe, and what to leave alone. It is specific to your artifacts and your review culture, not a slideware survey of tools.
AI operating manual
| Format | Written, async, same rhythm as the audit |
|---|---|
| Fee | Fixed fee |
| Output | Your team's AI SOPs, guidelines, and prompt library |
The done-for-you follow-on. Caxinath Labs writes your team's own operating manual from the audit findings: tool policy, the IP-safe method adapted to your boundaries, and per-workflow procedures your engineers can run without asking permission twice.
The manual is yours: written for your artifacts, in your vocabulary, versioned so you can keep it current after the engagement ends.
What this is not
Not a tool-vendor engagement; nothing here is commissioned by a software company. Not a training seminar. And no performance promises without your own data: any claim about time saved gets measured on your workflows, or it does not get made.
